The hair may rest and repair before undergoing any more drastic treatments, making this method the most beneficial.<br \/>It&#8217;s also worth noting that this method just necessitates a one- or two-hour salon visit (assuming no extra treatments are necessary).<\/p>\n<p>DEMI colors, which are used in this method, are nourishing and emollient. If you want your Root Shadow method to last as long as possible, we recommend prepping your hair with the Olaplex treatment and the Moroccan Hydra treatment first.
